 JIGISTYLEZ LLC accepts orders 24 hours a day all day of the week. Orders process in the order they are received All orders are shipped from our  Upper Marlboro Md location.

 

 We will ship orders within 7-10 business days of receipt of the request.  Once an order is placed, whether by email or online – A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

 

 If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email.

Easy Returns

 

Currently, JiGistyleZ does not offer a return policy.  Although you may exchange your item(s) for any other item(s) we carry up to 7 days after your purchase- provided the total is of equal or lesser value.  If your exchange is for less than the number of your items, then you will be issued a credit in the form of a coupon code that can be used as store credit.  We cannot release cash back or a refund to a credit card

(ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS).

 

 

 

Your package MUST include the original order invoice. Please provide the original invoice with the item(s) and original tags intact (if any).  If you choose to exchange, please be mindful that there is a chance that we may or may not have the same item in stock.

 

JiGistyleZ may refuse an exchange at our discretion if it is determined that the item is not in its original condition.

Your package must include the original order invoice. Please complete the “Exchange of Merchandise Form” section by placing a checkmark next to the reason for the exchange. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and mail it to us. Please note that we do not provide a pre-paid Return Label. Therefore you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

 

 

FINAL SALES: All sales of JiGiStylez and any other items marked as “Sale” are final!!
